Yeah cause the same brokers who downgrade at the bottom were accumulating and now they need someone to sell to so of course it's good buying.
Whenever you see brokers issuing downgrades, its normally at the bottom of a cycle, it's the best time to buy.
Been working a treat last few years!
Goldmans and UBS the worst offenders.
