No, I can't tell you that. I haven't said it's a hard and fast rule, I just personally believe it's more common than not, so I'm going to wait and see.
The last time I posted something like this (AJM perhaps), someone like yourself jumped in and gave me examples of gaps that hadn't closed, but sure enough, the ones I were watching closed all the same.
If it doesn't it doesn't. Worse things have happened.
