With respect to the offer for sale of same class financial products released
to the market this morning the following shareholders have provided SSH
notices with respect to the transfer of shares to Vista Group Holdings
Limited under the bare trust arrangement as disclosed in each of the SSH
notices:

- Murray Lawrence Holdaway, Helen Rachel Geary and Stephen John McDonald as
Trustees of the Holdaway and Geary Trust
- Brian John Cadzow, Julie Ann Cadzow and Peter Allen Lewis as Trustees of
the B&J Cadzow Family Trust
