Not wishing to be pedantic OOO but yes you are wrong, when Cairn says "in the block" that is exactly what they mean - their ">1billion" number is the their risked undiscovered potential P50 estimate for the block and that includes all the BH prospects (but not the hidden potential in FAN, I think).
With their recognition of an additional 250sq km exploration potential at SNE, though, that number could well be revised upwards soon
