I have been investing both private and processionally for 40 years and spent many yrs on LSE b4 bigbang! I am very negative when management or board drift away from shareholders aim and persue private agendas. Forums as HC live from the discussions and idea differences like Ying and Yang! We learn from both sides! I say we all have a voice and the markets profit from such! I don't like what GTT does to Companies! I am sure they laugh at me! That is OK! You might also! I just have been there done that and if the EBITDA sucks then look at the people up top if they suck! Run away! Like Buffett's scuttlebutt investing! Enjoy your day! Breakfast time!
