AT&T / DIRECTV Update on Go-to-Market Activity & Agreement xTV Networks Ltd (“xTV” the “Company”) (ASX:XTV) is pleased to update the market on developments with its Telecommunications partner(s).

On Tuesday, March 15 2016; DIRECTV and AT&T executed a “Developers Agreement” providing for the integration of xTV’s Cloud TV Networks with DIRECTV’s Set Top Boxes.
