Just taking the numbers at face value in this ann they're looking at $60m funding for a $65.5m plant so at first guess they'll need extra money.

And having missed out on the Dana money the petty cash jar is probably looking a little low.

I realise that we're all at MOU level at the moment, but this looks like a solid step forward. However the key question for me is: can they hold on until financing or would they have to do a CR before?
