Yes, I agree, an executive chairman is either full time or not at all.
I suspect the next chairman will be a figure head with a huge interest in promoting this globally vital regenerative medical science. He/She may even take the role on a non (personal) profit charitable basis considering its clear importance to the healthcare of our species.
