    Hi Phillip I'm not sure of the clue you are hinting at but if its the planned Phased withdrawl of COP from its deepwater portfolio I'm not sure if that will apply to Senegal . I know they are withdrawing from deepwater exploration and existing producers but development of a new discovery in what appears to be a low cost enviroment in a new province might be different....
