That was a great accomplishment by NC, without a shadow of a doubt... very exciting momentum builder legislation which hopefully will bleed into the other 51 states.. but it isn't the TSCA act that will ban them consistently and uniformly across the USA and ultimately result in other nations looking at their TSC legislation.. look at us, we blindly follow the US in so many areas - defence, trade, law etc

If todays 4.1 mil shares traded in the auction is a result of this news, imagine what will happen when the TSCA is signed. It has to happen soon after all it passed both houses in principle so resolving the differences is a matter of course.
