Think its time for a name change to EWS ("early warning system"),
It's seems pretty evident (from your previous posts and the timing of your re-appearance on the FAR threads, only to be followed by a CR) that you're a Bell's client and you've now been alerted (as in the past) by Bells. Question is, did they say when, at what SP, and how much they will be raising this time around.
