- The ownership structure is the most glaring issue - both JV's appear to be structured to ensure Angolan interests are taken care of and despite the talk of Angola wanting to attract foreign capital - why would you structure the ownership structure be manafactured in a manner where the foreign investory is below the 50% threshold?
