Dr. Qixue Fang Non-Executive Chairman - correspondence

I thought I would share some correspondence with you. I called
Dr. Qixue Fang
Non-Executive Chairman

last evening/afternoon as he was the top person noted on the website for NKWE. I was told he goes by "George".

I also had earlier in the week called
Mr Robin Wang
Non-Executive Director

He was quite polite, refused to answer my questions and referenced me to "news release" were his words. The exchange was brief, I was getting nothing, we ended the call.

Back to the main point of the post, as I said above, I called Dr Qixue Fang (George) on a number provided to me, I believe his mobile. It rang out. Couldn't leave a message as he had no voice mail. I followed up with a text message, the exchange below is verbatim :


Cgwhi1:  "Hello Dr. Qixue Fang.  My name is Cxxxx Wxxxxxx and I am a shareholder and option holder in NKWE Platinum Ltd. I have just tried to call your phone and could not leave a message as you do not have voicemail. I have also sent recent email correspondence to you and other board members (following on from prior correspondence) regarding questions I have about matters raised in ASX announcements by NKWE. Would you kindly respond to my questions. As an option holder whose time is of the essence I believe that due to lack of disclosure and responses to my email queries, this has jeopardised my decision making process as I fully intend to convert my options however as I have not received any response feel I am unable to put further capital into a company when my questions remain unanswered to appease my concerns.  Look forward to your return phone call or email response. DrQF:  "Sorry for missing your call, in a meeting, will try to ask some guy to contact with you then. Cheers. George"


Cgwhi1:  ""Some Guy" is absolutely unacceptable.  You are a Director of the Company, not "Some Guy", and so please call me directly once you have finished your meeting to discuss further. Regards Cxxxx Wxxxxxx"


As expected, I have received no phone call back to date.

Just some further food for thought.

I also go on record here by saying that today's company announcement has not satisfied the questions posed in my emails to the board.

Hoorah to the minorities,   I am encouraged by the huge network of support and pressure. Well done!!
