I'm new here having luckily bought about 4 weeks ago.Good to be in the company of Spec.
Being essentially debt free after the tax is paid and having 2 other assts they're actively trying to sell sounds good.They seem to be well & truly focused-whatever they've been before.
Surely development costs won't be huge as they sit on top of the pipeline,they can stage the development,those costs will be low right now,they'll be the low cost producer in WA and production isn't that far away.
