Agreed with pretty much all your post although I'd consider ORL to be better takeover bait, hard to imagine Soloman Lew not running his ruler over this one (not to mention Myer and DJ's)

I'm a little concerned TRS may have just agreed to payout all their growth potential for the next 2 years in the new DC deal announced the other day

My research was telling me to average down harder on ORL but I lacked the courage to back myself, had already doubled down on other investments (only one negative of the bunch) and would have had to leverage a little harder than I was comfortable with.
