Which bit not accurate?
There's very many insurers in the UK and, based on my research, Quindell's reputation is very poor for quality of claims. Just as it happens, this conclusion is 100% supported by the facts of the poor performance of whiplash claims business and NIHL in both Quindell's and SGH's hands so far.
If you can find an insurer in UK who thinks otherwise, be sure to let me know.
