Forgot about the 110 mill they issued at .7 in an ann. that I had read earlier.

Too busy dodging bullets from people that seem intent on doing exactly what @Tweets

warned them not to do.

The figure above, is the only number of shares that is relevant for the moment.

Performance shares etc, are not in play at present, and may never do so.

Will only be issued subject to some milestones being achieved, and I don't watch every stock,

but milestones seldom are achieved, from what I've seen.

So, until roughly Sept. when I expect they will re-list, no one will know,

what M.C. will be.
