No you want to sign large companies. Disruptive means its something that is not thought of and will disrupt the training/hr sector and larger companies will also want to take on your product. Disruptive doesn't mean its setup to target smaller firms. The larger firms is where the $$ are. If you get a large company signing on then others will generally take notice. As for Alcoa @GrimWally they are a good client but they need more and I'm sure they will get other large clients. Alcoa is a good start though. I'll be watching from the sidelines and if they can gain more clients of note I may take an entry. I have been watching for awhile I have just never posted.
