    re: re:takeover offer in Shouldn't directors explain why they can't 'go it alone'? Very bad news for long term holders and good for new entrants (like directors). Directors should be forced to address these points, not just smile and cash in! My holdings are mostly new, but I hate the cavalier way that directors dismiss long term holders.... are they there to be used?
