mrlord, there was an administrative bungle. An attempt was made to make the payment but some of the accompanying paperwork had become outdated. Can you possibly believe that of Genorah ? I believe that steps are being taken to rectify that situation but as we now well know these procedures take a long time in Sth Africa.
