If you had the opportunity to top up, to average down your cost per share, would you do it.
I'm in a delimna. I have 40000 at 21cps.
If I buy 40000 for $520' I can average down to .11cps.
My concern is is this throwing away another 500 after the 8k I've already wasted.
Your advise is greatly appreciated.
