During 2015 $17.6M in total fees were agreed between recruiters and employers (from recent quarterly). TSP's share is 20% or $3.52M hence an average of $293K/month. Now, factor in that we were growing at 40%+ QoQ in Q4 and probably have been running at a similar rate this quarter and it's not hard to see we should easily be bringing in above $400k/month at the moment.
