not sure what all the whinging it about on here re: non-binding. I think this is a great announcement that shows this company is the real deal.
Did you read the numbers? They are going to offer subscriptions to their 30 million plus customers at $1 per 3 months. Even if they get a smallish take up amongst their customers and convert even a small percentage of those to using world credit, this could add up very quickly. And this is just one deal which is being worked on. Massive vote of confidence in the company IMO.
Doesn't bother me that it is non-binding as they are still working out the details. These things take time and lawyers.
