Cornerstones backed away when looking at the way BB ran the company which was one factor but I believe IMO one of the other factors was the complexity (mess) of the Chinese deal that was spooking cornerstones. The idea, I believe is to clean the co up, sort out debt and the Chinese billion dollar pie in the sky off takes and thus bring credibility back....only then will the potentially waiting cornerstones back and wanting to buy into the company at whatever price is negotiated.
