I dont think it is out of the question. Everyone is jumping to conclusions about liquidation. They dont have a big loan hanging over their heads that we are aware of and they have 2 assets so maybe only need to sell 1 so they can develop the other. Rather than a huge dilutive raise, they are taking a sell on one asset to realise value on the other asset which long term will avoid hugely dilutive raise at rock bottom prices and allows them to stop putting their hands out for more cash for some time. The announcement two days prior to VA indicates this theory could be the case.

This VA could actually become a blessing in disguise.

Then rather than everyone saying I wish I didnt hold it, they could be saying I wish I bought in at 6c.
