Eradicating poverty should be consider here by the Judges

This mine should have created lots of jobs 5 years ago & contributed considerable tax $'s to a poor country, thus improving local peoples lives.

Instead we have been in gridlock of what will be $10's of overseas millions of legal fees, it is not the Judge, lawyer in Sydney or Tokyo that needs the money, creation of a production mine would be a major contribution to a poor country.

This judgement just seems technicalities but yet results in further delays & more fees to lawyers - Ryan regardless of this outcome today & how long the journey is, has been honorable throughout, lives in the country & stayed true to the locals whom hope & sure support him here.

As an investor I hope this Appeal will be more timely, but for the Solomon's same applies on the basis of job creation & revenues, enough is enough.
