ALC and RAP are completely in two different basket, ALC rely on federal and states hospital budget to survive and make money ... when the hospital budget is in 80 billion hole, ALC will find very difficult to lock in any long term client.

secondly, the last thing you want from a startup business is the business itself looks like a matured business ... when ALC keeps running commentary like it already receives $5mil revenue etc but still make loss ... it runs a risk of buying the hype and sell the reality.
