IMO APAS different niche market, huge savings to be made. BIO might have paid a penalty but I don't think they have sold any shares?
With an estimated $1.2B cost p.a for manual process, there is bound to be a return on investment for the LAB which should make it attractive.
The company is at the crossover point and with $6M in the bank no need for a capital raise either.
Our Market Cap is less than Book Value for the cost of the Tech.
The Market will price this as a divided stock, any hint of a strong uptake will see the SP multiples of where we sit today.
2C a share divided would put the SP around 30-40C IMO . We have a cash backing of 6c lol...
