AWOL - how long until next capital raise?

I am confused about the anti-cancer program and testing, since the prospectus only promoted antibiotics.
I rang the office seeking clarification, and couldn't get hold of any of the exec team since they were off internationally, USA perhaps. Sounds like a junket, but I guess that's part of the job; "collaboration".

That simple observation of absence got me thinking and reading...

I reviewed the prospectus section 4.1 and it does state "regulatory testing ... outsourced to...likely USA".
> Think about the exchange rate, travel, challenges of remote oversight etc.
> Consider R&D rebates, where the Australian Government writes cheques for experiments conducted in Australia, and is likely to benefit under Turnbull.

The timeline targets 22 months until another capital raise, depending how they manage the $5 mil raised.
Success will require unequivocal test results; on antibiotics or anti-cancer or.... both?
> Which is the objective, and does two research streams double test costs?
> When in the next 22 mnths might RECCE announce test results?

> Where should RECCE perform testing or production.... locally or overseas?

I find reviewing the Prospectus is useful in the early years, so as to track Board performance, consider entry and exit timing.
