have to agree - i'm in china right now and I don't think people in the west realise that wechat is china's version of whatsapp, facebook, twitter, instagram all rolled into one - most chinese people I know don't even use online banking anymore - its all done through the wechat wallet - people don't even make phone calls in china they just leave wechat walkie talkie messages between each over - if Syntonic can earn revenue from sponsored data included on wechat i would buy the stock based on that alone!
Since I am travelling i sold out my position this morning at the hotel as I don't have local data here in china - what i would have given to access my apps today with sponsored data! A bit ironic !
