oz, unless the MOU was incredibly rushed then this is not likely to be the case. I suspect that both companies, VNPT in particular as the larger player in the deal, would have a due legal process to follow, regardless of the nature of the agreement. Turning around an MOU within a matter of days, and having this approved by the various parties, including legal, risk, and directors, while dealing no less with timezone lag, would require quite the effort IMO.

All in all, it appears there is an element of risk in this, although I would hazard only a low level of risk.
