I don't know the business structure of those type of stores. Often they are able to look up the SKU and determine how many are on order for the group and how many are allocated to their store and probably delivery time . They can often see stock in other stores as well. Absolute crap idea a week out from Easter not to have many boxes in every store from both YOW and the stores / management themselkes!!!!

I am always surprised by how poor a inventory system so many businesses have these days in regards to stock ordering and monitoring stock levels. Now with barcodes you scan em in and scan em out and stock levels should be live and it should be obvious to spot inventory lines that are growing and moving quickly. The cost is minimal nut so many businesses don't have it or even when they do have the data or automatic reorder ( with manual approval) they often don't have them turned on. There is often delays , leadtimes and delivery schedule to various areas so if they aren't in store no I think the Easter opportunity has passed.

I am always amazed at that price point that Yowies can sell and with a good healthy margin in there for the retailer I would think they will soon see the value of putting more on the shelf.

As usual Bud - great to actually have feedback from on the ground. Always love to see photos so we can understand the type of store that can sell em at those prices and if they are in mall or strip etc. Great staff know the product.

Yow can try and ensure stock is available to such stores but most botttlenecks would be in the stores on systems and structures as is the way with smaller businesses and systems IMO . YOW should be looking at anything that helps teh early adopter retailers and understand their systems as out of stock is never good
