Had time to read the transcripts and seek legal advice.
Yes what a waist of 5 years and what a roller coaster ride I had yesterday and needed time to fully take in and understand court transcripts
1/ Landowners have the keys and the ultimate final say.
2/ Rectification of the Land Registry to include small land portion 1300-004-1 as set out by the courts.
3/ Reset application where only a revised re application of original LOI via revised Land registry backing is needed.
4/ No encumbered position on the leases.
5/ No interference from SMM
6/ No backing or endorsement from indigenous....will SMM re-apply???
7/ Full endorsement from all indigenous via Axiom KB covering all registries.
8/ Courts and SMM had no right to injunction as owners have the overriding rights to who they open there gates to.

Finally the shackles are off with any encumbered action by SMM on the leases all nullified.
I have asked management, formally, with the backing and mandates from many shareholders, for a suspension to trading until Axiom have fully dissected and understand all points pertaining to the court transcripts to be able to give shareholders a conclusive focuses moving forward.
Applications for indigenous approvals and re application of the LOI have been submitted. Once owner approval is registered an LOI will be forwarded.
