they were offered a better price.. they could have bought on market for more than 10% discount.. and can still buy at a discount now...
Hope that patience pays off and we get an update on how the roll out is going.. some more broker coverage would also help as Canacoord have a bad habit of raising capital and then share price dropping below cap raising price..
Should not really happen with a quality company like this...but will also be interested in seeing changes in substantials and who new shareholders are..
I hope this is just a shake out of weak holders...time will tell
