We need to know when construction will start and what the funding structure will look like. The other unfortunate aspect, or fortunate is the option conversion program, Imo the sp is being manipulated so investors sell their options for the conversion, means we have money coming in but unfortunately the sp won't rise till we have the other details mentioned and new investors come on board. ATO ruling could be anytime and that may see some movement if positive.
