G'day Bob, There are only two Directors left that could provide those answers
one has stated on record as acting chairman he intends to step down shortly,
as soon as the chairman's replacement is found,
I expect it will be right after the G.M.
The only other one left is Mr Ferguson whom I don't think we will crack
any time soon, given that if APAC don't gain control of the ABU- BOD,
& I can't see how they will now!, as the resolutions they have proposed are now
almost all non applicable, its unlikely that Mr Ferguson would not be re elected
to the BOD later this year-meaning that's an entire sweep of the lot of them-GONE!
I am glad of this reality, its very likely the only satisfaction we that suffered
will receive, I have accepted this & have processed ABU's situation & I don't
think many that have suffered have unfortunately, therefore the cold hard reality
of ABU's situation has not yet sunken in yet, & although this is understandable
the quicker we awaken even if its a slap in the face, the quicker we can begin
to again focus on the future & not the past the better, reality is reality & ABU needs
the R.I. capital. yes because of XYZ that should not have happened but alas it did!.
ABU still has many options all share holders will be stronger united it may sound
a bit corny but its true, its seemingly a good deal to newer investors to acquire &
be eligible for the R.I.'s relative to the s/p, there are still risks but we will be starting a fresh with the entire BOD likely changed soon & those larger share holders will now have a larger equity stake will also be wanting a return on investment from so there investment &
therefore is imo will be prompting the BOD, to be driving exploration & the share price through discovery, incidentally did you notice priority exploration targets included Wild Turkey ,Indefatigable& Hyperion.
