How long have you being following the stock market? It's not unusual for a share price of a small cap which is not making money yet to stagnate for years. The big moves come all of a sudden due to a company making event (unless the market is booming). It's not like they haven't discovered anything, in fact RWD has huge potential/ intrinsic value.
