re: ml bond issue My experience with EPG is when they raised 13.65 mill through Euro insitiutions, the price fell away. The speculative ballon was pinned - spec investors don't like facts - the speculation disappears and so do they.
I don't think NDO will come back with a rush but will take small steps in the months to come. Most spec oilers are out of fashion atm. You just need to look at the sector.
