I dont understand what the article means by:

WHEN trading halt announcement clearly said:
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Axiom provides the following information:
1. The trading halt is requested pending the release of an announcement in connection with a decision from the Solomon Islands Court of Appeal regarding the Isabel Nickel Project.
2. Axiom expects that an announcement will be made prior to the commencement of trading on Wednesday 23 March 2016.
