There is no crying foul. The regulations were always in place and Sol took the job knowing that. They want to wind back the clock and kill off the competition. I support the Government 100% and the reason that mobiles are cheap is that there is competition.
Now we need a low ULL to force it with landlines and maybe a G9 cable with TLS arguing the same tripe it trots out now when it want's access. Let it pay Optus a 20% return on the wire rollout ....as if!
The law should not be broken to suit one badly performed public company.
