GENERAL: GTK: Gentrack Changes ASX Listing Categories

Gentrack Group Limited (NZX/ASX: GTK) advises that it will be changing
listing categories on the ASX from a Standard Listing to an ASX Foreign
Exempt Listing, effective from commencement of trading on Wednesday 30th
March 2016. This prospective change in listing categories was advised to
shareholders in the presentations accompanying the Annual Meeting last month
and follows amendments to the ASX Listing Rules announced on 10 September
2015 that allow an entity with its primary listing on the NZX Main Board to
alleviate its compliance burden as a dual-listed entity.
