    March 22 (Reuters) - Australasian Wealth Investments Ltd (AWI) :

    • Entered into a binding agreement to acquire 100% of eureka report pty ltd

      (eureka report) from News Corp Australia

    • Says transaction, funded from cash reserves, is expected to be earnings

      accretive in FY 2017
