Would seem the logical thing to do however, if they are progressing with an acquisition then they will probably raise funds and issue shares. However, we do need to wait and see the details as this may be a move forward in increasing SH value, if so some Shareholders may be happy to be diluted. Until we have the details all is pure speculation.
