Ok so maybe my understanding was wrong here, I'm not clear. Referring to the latest published approved list for stocks that can be shorted, 88E is not on the list. I don't know how often this list is updated but perhaps there are also other means by which an unapproved stock can be shorted, I don't know. Bit of research for me to do here it seems.
