I am fully aware of what EVM have done since 2004, not much that has bore fruit. make announcements, get HOA or MOU and then get cash injection, nothing happens, move market location, RINSE AND REPEAT.

I am also aware of the tech and it's merits (based on technology and materials from 1980's) Surely there are better products now and a 1/4 scale trial tower would showcase or provide an working example to evaluation material performance. It could even be marketed to remote communities.

If they said that we have done some research on canopy products or this is the environment impact assessment for La Paz or anything specific to the tower but not commercially sensative then people may be a bit more interested and keen to invest. We get vey minimal information from these guys. And they don't do things in a timely manner i.e. things are left form months after they were supposed to be announced and then an announcement comes its for something else.

Ever thought to consider that Valentia move is to buy them out, get the management changed and hopefully build the tower.

I REALLY DO HOPE THEY PUL SOMETHING OUT OF THE HAT SOON - groundbreaking, procurement contract for concrete or plastic/ glass (whatever they are using), but history is a good indication of the future even with the current cash injection.
