    This whole matter realtes to the Mining Act and public interest, so it is clear the benefits relating to this resource is for CAZ to have the lease.

    RIO are restricting access for financial gain only so there remains no benefit to the public interest.

    If the CAZ team can demonstrate this in court RIO are in trouble.
