At the risk of repeating myself, IMO oil or no-oil at Bellatrix is material and should be reported immediately. I was stunned when FAR said no announcement until TD. For heaven's sake, FAR tells us success would derisk half-a-billion barrels in the BH play. If that's not material - hit or miss - then I don't know what is.
If there is no announcement the regulator needs to ask questions.
