There has been what looks like constant selling pressure with little relief, the surge post SSA announcement was sold into, which has a real feel of insiders unloading. ODN know what they and gridComm are agreeing/have agreed to. It is time to let the general market know, then the SP will at least be bsed on speculation of GRD's worth and potential, wheras at he moment it is being traded to worst case dilution of consolidation, this is grossly unfair.
To the question "Does ODN have information which if known to the market could explain the current trading pattern and share price?" The answer would have to be yes, if 94% of gridComm shareholders have agreed to a deal. The answer is Yes.
