Keep in mind the board were warned a number of years back by analysts re debt and all they've done despite capital raisings is increase that debt whilst being sucked dry due to poor risk management and acquisition decisions at the top level.

Why your strong defense of a board that has destroyed 99% of shareholder value despite being warned to fix their balance sheet a number of years back ? You got a relative working for them ?
