They needed more funds last month, why didn't they "just raise it?"
We will possibly see some form of short term loan from a sophisticated investor, perhaps they could "Nimble" it! Management and directors should be tipping in their salaries given the current situation. Would be interesting to see the new boys reaction as he starts pawing over the books, Rigby did not last long.
One would have to be cynical to say the former cfo/ceo saw the writing on the wall when he pulled the pin 12months ago after 9 years in the job. I guess the fact that he held only 30,000 shares spoke volumes. The new CFO, Harding seems to be operating externally from his accountancy practice if I read the announcement correctly 21 August 2015, probably subcontracted at a guess all IMHO.
Certainly no shortage of twists and turns with this one, look forward to the next instalment.
